David began his journey in 1993, at the age of 23, first with Buddhism and Vipassana meditation and soon after, with Hatha Yoga and the four great classical paths of Yoga: Karma, Bhakti, Raja Jnana.
In 1994 he obtained his first yoga teacher degree at the Sivananda Ashram in Canada.
His classes are a mixture of traditional Hatha Yoga with some techniques borrowed from Ashtanga Yoga. A typical course starts with Pranayama and then continues with a series of positions including inverted postures, forward bends, back bends, spinal twists and balancing poses. His course ends with Nidra Yoga, a deep relaxation. The sometimes-intense courses, are nevertheless accessible to all.
