Each day L'Insensé serves up the creations of Duangjai Müller. There is a choice of two Thai menus, including a vegetarian dish, to eat in or take away. Service from Monday to Friday, from 12:00am to 2:30pm, reservation required.
Duangjai Müller
Duangjai grew up in the restaurant her parents ran in Thailand, returning home from school to be captivated by the aromas and flavours that were constantly present as she did her homework and dreamed of the future. Now living in Switzerland, she has subtly developed traditional Thai cuisine by combining it with low fat, high energy cooking techniques. This is an approach entirely in line with the philosophy of Insens.
