With over 25 years of experience in bodywork and healing arts (dance, meditation, quantum energy, nutrition, yoga), Nadia chose the path of teaching 7 years ago. Trained by Gérard Arnaud, Biff Mithoefer, Cécile Roubaud and Shiva Rea, Nadia teaches two complementary disciplines: Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. The first is a practice of mindfulness and acceptance, a true chance of decompression in our tumultuous lives. Vinyasa is exploratory and creative, with a deliberately slowed down tempo to make room for intuition, the unknown and the fields of possibilities through movement. Yoga is an Art of Self which allows the body to become a laboratory. Its practice helps to diminish the protective shell in order to begin the path towards the deep nature of being. Nadia is also an energy therapist.
