Joanna has been practicing yoga for 20 years, it was during one of her many trips to India that she first set foot on a yoga mat. She began with the practice of Lygenar and then turned to Ashtanga while immersing herself in the teachings of Jivamukti. Joanna has studied with many renowned teachers to whom she returns several months a year. Her teachings today sum up her experiences, her passion for oriental philosophy and the art of feeling movement. Her goal is to awaken the energetic aspect of yoga practice for each of her students. Joanna embraces silence and listens carefully in order to best transmit her discipline of hard work, which allows the heart to be imbued with joy.
