David began her journey in 1993, at the age of 23 years, first with Buddhism and Vipassana meditation and soon after, with Hatha Yoga and the four great classical paths of Yoga (Karma, Bhakti, Raja Jnana).
In 1994 he obtained his first yoga teacher degree at the Sivananda Ashram in Canda.
Her classes are a mix of traditional Hatha Yoga with some techniques borrowed from Ashtanga Yoga.
A course typically starts with Pranayama and then continues with a series of positions including inverted postures, forward bends. back flexion, spinal twists and balancing poses. His course ends with Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation. The sometimes intense course, are nevertheless accessible to all.
