True self-taught practitioner, Crista has been practicing yoga for 25 years. Today she focuses on mindfulness, which she teaches with passion to her students. During her classes, she instills slow movements and gives a lot of importance to the digestive system. Mindfulness consists of being in the present moment, attentive and non-judgmental. It is a very simple way to listen to the needs of the body and mind. This wisdom is innate and working with mindfulness allows us to return to that state of being that was there at our birth. Calm, joy, relaxation, concentration and making the right decisions are some examples of the effects of mindfulness.
