Eric Weber
Eric has an overall vision of physical training due to a personal career punctuated by competitions and extreme choices, and, in the end, good sense.
At 17 he took up bodybuilding and took part in top level bodybuilding competitions for several years. He then took his sports teacher diploma in Nancy.
It was while seeking to improve his physical strength beyond flexibility that he became interested in a new discipline, originally developed for training aviators – artistic aerobics. He also took this up competitively, enjoying the demands of coordination, explosive strength, tone and harmonisation.
The skills he acquired preparing for these competitions naturally led him, as part of his work as a fitness instructor, to deal with obese or disabled people who came to his centre. His work with them proved to be so effective that he was asked to physically train top level athletes (triathletes, marathon runners, mountain climbers).
He has been a sports teacher for 14 years and gives Pilates classes at Insens.
