This class is a unique blend of power and vinyasa yoga. In this class you will explore the magical work of breathing, meditation and a strong hatha yoga asana practice. It will help you to improve your peace, strength and energy. Vinyasa flows will help you to move dynamically with awareness and allow you to have an active meditation experience.
Every class starts with breath works, meditation and a gentle warm up. After this part, every week we will discover different parts of our body, mind and spirit. We will share our experiences with chakras, combining them with physical improvements in our flexibility, strength and energy. And there is always the savasana, the final meditation where we enjoy the beautiful effects of our practice while reflecting on our intentions.
