FLOOR LEVEL GYM
PRIVATE/GROUP CLASSES
This class revolves around six exercises deliberately designed to place the body in an imbalance, whereby the body will then work non-stop to restore stability. Hence, body weight alone is exploited for the purpose of natural strength training.
